We recently sent out an alert about the Texas Department of Agriculture’s most recent proposed rules for implementation of the Federal Food Safety Modernization Act. As we mentioned in that alert, the deadline for sending comments to the agency about the proposed rules is 5 p.m. Friday, July 12.
