Farmers, ranchers, and other local food producers are invited to town hall meetings in four major Texas cities this spring.

FARFA will facilitate discussions to discover the most pressing issues for farmers selling into the urban areas of Dallas, Ft. Worth, Houston, and San Antonio.

We will take what we learn from these discussions to shape our work leading up to the 2021 Texas Legislative Session. We used a similar technique before the 2019 Session, after which we led the grassroots effort that led to passage of 5 new laws to support small-scale producers!
